A short post

A short post tonight before a bigger one tomorrow just to show off a recent TCDB trade card that I got.  The 1994 Collector's Choice George Brett.

I love the full career stats on the back. 201 career steals isn't that shabby. The portrait layout here looks much nicer than the landscape, or horizontal. My normal preference for a card is the reverse of this one with the face of the card being portrait and the back of the card being horizontal. Do you have a preference?

In the trade, this card was accompanied by a very poor condition 1978 Topps Cecil Cooper, but I didn't scan that card yet.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. One of the few 1994 Collector's Choice non-Dodger cards that I own.

In general I prefer horizontal backs. For fronts it can be either one, but I'm growing tired of the mixed orientation from Topps, which I believe it's been doing since 1991.

  2. I prefer Horizontal backs, but especially for a card like this, to fit the whole career stats, Im just fine for vertical...
