Well, if that isn't a splashy and enticing headline/title, then I do not know what is. More trades have come in recently which is great as getting those close off and completed has been a major desire. I like trading, but I also get worried about missteps along the way. One trade is completely lost as I sent the cards in August and they still aren't to the trade partner. I want to make it right even though it's not my fault, so may just find them on eBay and try again. Though he suspects someone is stealing his mail as my envelope is one of at least seven never to turn up. That is the risk you take and he has a great attitude about it, but I still really want to make the trade "right".
First up, the oldest: 1992 Fleer Ultra George Brett. When I first started to go after Brett cards, following the wonderful documentary that came out a few years ago, I wanted to focus on 1980s cards. That proved impossible based on what I cards I had to offer in trades, so I expanded into the 1990s.
2023 Stadium Club Steven Kwan! A nice and fun diving image here of Kwan. I was thrilled to get it until I realized Stadium Club used almost the same image as Big League. The Big League card is just before he catches the ball; the Stadium Club you can see the ball in the webbing.
Thanks for stopping by!
